Swift holds in his hand a document, supported by a winged boy on the right, which reads: “Q. Anne's Letters Pat: of the First Fruits & 20th Parts for the Poor Clergy of Ireland. Dated 17th Feb; 10th of her Reign.” St. Patrick's Cathedral is in background to the right.
