To which is annexed, eight half-sheet tables, containing, distributions of marine-pay in all its branches; accounts of the charge of maintaining marine forces, according to the different establishments in the last war; and an establishment, most humbly proposed, for His Majesty's Marine Forces, with observations and explanations relative thereto.
