TOZER (AARON), bookseller and publisher in Exeter, co. Devon., the Bible, 1727–65. In 1727 Andrew Brice, the Exeter printer, printed a Sermon for Aaron Tozer, junior. [Dredge.] He was also the publisher of the Rev. John Lavinton's Sermon preached at Exeter on November 8th, 1743. [Dredge, p. 47.] Another Sermon by the Rev. John Kiddell, preached on May 6th, 1747, is in the British Museum [T. 1034 (21)]. In 1765 he was advertising a book called The Wisdom of Divine Providence.
