Wild Court, Great Wild Street. Here, at No. 12, lived Theophilus Cibber and his wife, the daughter of Dr. Arne, and one of the best tragic actresses the English stage has produced. The fact of their residence here is derived from their own bills for their benefits, and from the famous trial of December 5, 1738.
