Foxon attributes vol.2 to Joseph Browne; MH-H claims that "Some items and apparently the prefatory matter are by Joseph Browne." Both Oldisworth and Browne contributed to the Examiner. The 1714 edition of the 'State tracts' untraced so far: could it be T199342?
