At a general meeting of the honourable Society of Cymmrodorions, held this day, the Right Honourable Sir Watkin Lewes, Lord-mayor, in the chair, the committee, appointed to form a plan, and digest proposals, for giving encouragement to agriculture, manufactures, and commerce, in the principality of Wales, reported the following resolutions, which were unanimously approved of by the Society:
