The trial of Sir Hugh Palliser, Bart. Vice Admiral of the Blue, at a court martial, held on board his Majesty's ship Sandwich, in Portsmouth Harbour, on Monday, April 12, 1779, before Vice Admiral George Darby, President, upon a charge exhibited against him for neglect and disobedience of orders: on the 27th and 28th of July, 1778. To which is annexed, a list of all the witnesses called on the trial.
