Written in the form of letters from each western European country

Each issue has an individual title page, with caption title on the first page of text. Some title pages for vol.2 have volume designation "Vol.II"

Vol.1 no.1 (1692:Jan) has a variant first quire with title page (A1r), 'The publisher to the reader' (A2r) and 'Advertisement' (A2v). Imprint reads: London; printed for the author; and sold by Richard Baldwin near the Oxford-Arms in Warwick Lane, 1692

Vol.1 no.2 (1692:Feb) imprint has at end "The month of January may be had at the same place". All subsequent issues have similar statements

Imprint varies. Vol.1 No.7 (1692:July) has imprint: "London, printed for Robert Clavel in St. Paul's Church-Yard, Richard Bently in Russel-Street, Covent-Garden: and Samuel Crouch at Popes-Head-Alley next Cornhill, 1692. Sold by Richard Baldwin near the Oxford Arms in Warwick-Lane." Vol.2 No.8 (1693:Aug) has imprint: "London, printed for Robert Clavel and Jonathan Robinson in St. Paul's Church-Yard, Sam Crouch at Popes Head-Alley next Cornhill, and J. Everingham at the Star in Ludgate-street, 1693. Sold by Richard Baldwin near the Oxford Arms in Warwick-Lane."; At least one issue has a variant title page: Vol.2 No.8 (1693:Aug) has imprint as described above and has no volume designation on title page.
