A standard lifted up, and an ensigne held forth, to all nations: shewing unto the whole world, and to all people to whom it shall come, by open proclamation, what the testimony of God is, and of his people which they hold, which they have received from him, through the eternal Spirit, of which they are nor [sic] ashamed before men, but are called to witness it forth in the nations in the same spirit and power as they have received it from the Lord. Also shewing of his great work which he is about to do in the earth, and this testimony is true and no lie, for it is of God and witnessed by thousands of his people at this day; who are in scorn called Quakers.
