The CSmH and O copies have pagination [6], 62, but the "2" doesn't match any other 2's in the copy and it is possible that "62" is a later stamp, rather than original printing. DFo copy 3 matches CSmH and O copies, but DFo copies 1 and 2 each have different type of "2" from copy 3. Copy 2 has the "2" of page 62 matching the other 2's used at page numbers within text
