A declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament: that no ships, barques, or other vessels shal from henceforward make any voyage to New-Castle, for the fetching of coales, or any other commodity, untill that towne shall be reduced into such hands as shall declare themselves for King and Parliament Die Sabbathi, 14 Ian. 1642.
