The map, "A new mapp of the whole world", is by Claes Jansz. Visscher, augmented by Jo. Blaeu, 1667. It was published by Peter Stent who also sold it separately.

A greatly enlarged edition was subsequently published in 1663 with title: Cosmography or A description of the whole world.
