A spectacle, or councell of consequence; given by him that will appeare as impartiall in his words, as the world has found him in his waies, he continues a like to all, and the same to the last; he feares not the frownes of princes, nor is he terrible to any that want no honestie or understanding. This is he that conquer'd the nine worthies, would you thinke it: but if you please, ye may receive better information of his actions from his owne expressions.
