With an abstract of the companies by-laws and ordinances, which (having bee first approved and allowed of, under the several hands and seals of the right honourable the Lords Keepers of the Great Seal of England, the Lord Chief-Justice of England, the Lord Chief-Justice of the Court of Common-Pleas, the Lord Chief-Baron of the Exchequer, the judge of the High-Court of Admiralty; and also under the seal of the mayoralty of the city of London, by order of the Lord Mayor and Court of Aldermen, persuant to their charter, and the laws and statutes of this realm) were ordered to be printed and published to the end that all persons concerned therein, might take care t avoid incurring the several penalties for breach of the same, &c
