A reissue, with cancel title page and 2 added preliminary leaves ("The stationer to the reader" and "errata"), of the edition with Joseph Blaiklock named as publisher (Wing W1558).

Uncontrolled note

IU and CSmH copies have two different ports. The IU copy port. is of the author at age 46 and is signed "D: Loggan ad vitum sculp". The CSmH port. is not signed and has 6 lines of verse at foot. The CSmH port. is identical to the port. in the original issue (MH copy; Wing W1558). Were these ports. used interchangeably or is the IU port. inserted from another work?
