- In CSmH copy of vol. 2 there are 2 leaves of contents for parts 2 and 3 inserted after the preface and signed "a". These leaves are not found in the IU copy and the catchword "Of" on the preceding page (A4v) does not match. The CSmH copy of vol. 2 has an engraved title page identical to the engraved title page in vol. 1 bound in. Do all copies of vol. 2 have this added (non-conjugate) engraved title page/plate at the beginning of vol. 2?
