"A Proclamation 15 Sept., 12 Chas, II, no. 3257, q.v., prohibited export of wool into Scotland or elsewhere, giving half the foreiture to the informer,. The grant is continued but there must be public trial. Boats seized must be brought to London, Hull, or Exeter, and sold there, to prevent selling them bact the the owners." -- Steele
