- Signatures from DFo. DFONOTE SMT where does information about first leaf originate? DFo copy is in conservation area and is too fragile to examine closely, but tp is followed by leaves signed [fleuron]2 and [fleuron]3 and there are only 7 leaves in first gathering; DFo catalogue says the first gathering is 8 leaves, with first leaf wanting [thus 3rd and 4th leaves missigned [fleuron]2 and 3]: I've based the signatures above on this and the fact that the record says there is a first leaf somewhere; foliation of text itself is: 154, 156-157, [12] leaves; can we delete first 500 note?
