Entered in Stationers' Register to John Charlewood as by Munday, 18 November 1577. The SR entry continues the title: 'againste the Desire of worldlie riches Dialogue wise.' A 2nd leaf, prob. also from the same book (C7?), is headed on the recto: 'Prostors [sic, for 'proctors' Precepts' and has all but the last three lines of the poem reprinted on K4r of Proctor, Thomas "A glorious gallery, of gallant inuentions. (STC 20402), but each of the long lines of the latter is pr. here as 2 lines--STC.
