The following address from the county of Kent, was this day presented to Her Majesty by Sir Thomas Palmer Bart. and David Polhill Esq; their representatives in Parliament, attended by several of the most considerable gentlemen of the said county; introduc'd by the right honourable the Earl of Dorset and Middlesex: which address Her Majesty receiv'd most graciously, and all the gentlemen had the honour of kissing Her Majesty's hand
