Vol.4: in some copies, sig.I8 is signed *I, in others, the verso of I8 is signed *; in some copies, the headpiece on p.65 depicts Swift between two female figures, in others a sheet of water with ducks, an angler, a bridge, &c.; Teerink lists three states of sheet N'.

The first tract in vol.4, 'A letter from a Member of the House of Commons in Ireland, to a Member of the House of Commons in England' was also issued separately.
