Reasons offered for the reformation of the House of Correction in Clerkenwell: shewing, I. The present state of this goal, the Debauchery of the Prisoners and the miserable Condition they are in from the Want of a Sufficiency of Food, &c. II. Proposals in what manner these evils may be prevented for the future; humbly submitted to the Consideration of the Magistrates and Inhabitants of the County of Middlesex.
