Evans records the imprint date as M,DCC,XCV, evidently misreading the imprint of the New York Public Library copy. Bristol records two issues, one (Bristol B9001) "re-printed by J. Buel"; the other (Bristol B9002) "re-printed by J. Buel, for J. Fellows." Bristol entry B9001 i based on the Pierce W. Gaines copy; that copy, however, names J. Fellows in the imprint.
