- Note
- Dated [1722] by Bates, who identifies Timothy Green (1679-1757) as printer. While Green is the likely printer, the printer's ornament used on the title page (Reilly 503) is found elsewhere in Green's printing from 1745 to 1749 only. The typography is in the style characteristic of Green (the only New London printer during this period) throughout his career, but has the greater clarity and regularity found in his work from 1745.
