English balloon under the direction of Mr. Lunardi, the shape of the balloon being now perfected, and the whole entirely compleat, has already from its appearance obtained the most flattering attention and universal approbation of all ranks, will, with the machinery constructed for its direction, remain open until this evening, when it finally closes at the Lyceum, previous to its being launched from the artillery ground, on Wednesday, the 15th instant.
